This contract is between Royalty Tracks Kennels, hereby referred to as SELLER and ________________________________________________ Hereby referred to as BUYER. In consideration of payment, puppy prices vary from puppy to puppy.

Our Parents are Embark health tested. All puppies we produce here are COVERED GENETICALLY FOR ONE FULL YEAR FROM OVER 200 DIFFERENT GENETIC DISEASES THAT EMBARK TESTS FOR. If a genetic problem arises we will replace your puppy at no additional cost if able. Proof from a 3rd party Veterinarian is required.
Puppies purchased for breeding will be Embark tested prior to leaving here.

*If this puppy is purchased for show purposes or if the buyer ever intends to try and breed this above stated dog and this is agreed upon by both seller and buyer, this puppy will be issued full registration. However it is impossible to predict future development of puppies and picking out show quality puppies is just an estimated guess at that. Seller does not guarantee this puppy will be show quality and have the ability to earn AKC points. Nor are there any guarantees to produce offspring.
*If this puppy is purchased, at a lesser price, as a PET/COMPANION and is not purchased for show or breeding, this puppy will be issued NO or LIMITED registration and seller will include only copies of parents pedigrees on request. I will encourage you to spay/neuter your puppy once it reaches the appropriate age but will not make it mandatory as new research does suggest it may cause health issues. Purchasing a dog with NO registration means the puppy will not be allowed to be shown at AKC CONFORMATION shows and will not allow litters to be AKC registered.
*If this puppy is being reserved or held by the seller for the buyer, a minimum deposit $500.00 must be given on the signing of this contract or if verbal, when the deposit is received by mail. Puppies are NOT reserved until the deposit is received. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid when the puppy is picked up or delivered to the flight nanny.

Once said puppy reaches 8 weeks of age and is ready to go home it must be picked up by the owner, the owner can inquire about boarding the puppy if unable to pick the puppy up on time. Buyer must pay a boarding fee of $10 a week until picked up unless other verbal agreements are made. Puppies not picked up on an arranged date will be put back on the market and the buyer will forfeit the deposit.
If the puppy is being shipped, purchase price MUST be paid in full before the puppy is shipped. The deposit will NOT be refunded unless something happens to the puppy that is out of buyers control, before the sale is final.
*Venmo, Walmart to Walmart, Bank transfer, Cashier check or cash are accepted for the deposit and we will accept Walmart to Walmart, Cashiers check or cash for the final payment.
*If the buyer prefers commercial shipment, the seller will arrange air shipment for the puppy, however, the buyer will pay the cost of any and all shipping arrangements, and costs for commercial shipment of the puppy. This puppy will be shipped with a pet nanny who will carry the puppy on the plane with them, and the seller shall not be responsible for the safety of the puppy while in transit to the buyers place of residence, to include any and all incurred injuries as a result of transportation accidents.
*The seller guarantees that the puppy described above will be vaccinated from adenovirus2, bordetella, distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. The seller will provide a vaccination record of the purchased puppy. Buyer is responsible for ALL vet bills as soon as the puppy is picked up. Parasites are curable and are not considered life threatening. If the puppy has any hereditary problems within the first year, the buyer can send the seller a letter from a certified veterinarian explaining the issue and the seller may choose to replace the puppy with a new puppy if the seller is able.
Puppies will come with:
Dew claws removed
Small bag of puppy food
AKC Papers or Copy of parents pedigrees (depending on contract)
At least 1st shots
Dewormed
Blanket with moms scent
*The seller agrees the buyer is buying a purebred, and that they will furnish AKC registration papers when the sale is final if the buyer purchased FULL registration on their puppy.
If the pup is being shipped, the AKC papers will be mailed after the puppy is shipped. Seller is not responsible for lost AKC papers that were issued to the buyer.

*No replacement for temperament as this is environmental and is buyers responsibility. As breeders we expect that this puppy will be properly socialized and have obedience training. As responsible breeders we do everything possible to breed quality dogs of sound mind and body. Some responsibility is the buyers as to proper feeding, exercise, training, and socializing, of which all have a bearing on the end results of a sound adult dog.
If at any time the buyer is unable to or unwilling to care for this dog, buyers agree to contact and return the puppy to the seller. Buyer will surrender the dog to the seller at no charge.
*I DO NOT want my pups to end up in a rescue or shelter you may always return them to me free of charge.
Any signs of abuse to the puppy, it shall be removed and this contract null and void.
BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. dog shall be offered fresh food and water daily
2. dog shall receive proper and necessary amounts of exercise
3. Dog is NEVER to be left tied up or chained outdoors or unknowingly left to roam unattended.
4. Dog is NEVER to be left in a hot car
5. If purchased as a pet this puppy is not to be bred and should be fixed once it reaches the appropriate age
6. Puppy or offspring of this puppy shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, supplier/broker, wholesaler, shelter, humane society or research establishment.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract shall not be modified or altered by either party unless in writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH OF CONTRACT, prosecutable by law, and may result in mandatory confiscation and return of the puppy to the seller.
Any legal disputes resulting from this contract will be settled in UTAH COUNTY in the state of UTAH.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE STIPULATIONS OF THE CONTRACT AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL ELEMENTS, STIPULATIONS AND PROVISIONS HEREIN.
